Not Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids

Special Needs: Ralph weighs in at 28 pounds! He has some trouble grooming his back (you'll see in the picture a shaved patch where he was groomed recently). He could stand to be on a diet but that is hard to do in a foster home.
