Willa Mae is a 9 month old short haired cat who is grey with green eyes. Willa was found living outside when she was rescued this past March. Will has been spayed, vaccinated and tested negative for FELV and FIV. I brought Willa home with me to socialize her. Willa is now ready to go to her forever home. She is still a little skittish and shy but is very loving once she gets to know you. She will let you hold her or lay on your lap for a few minutes at a time. She has never hissed, scratched, or tried to bite. She gets along fine with other cats and is very playful. She has never been around small children (at least not since rescued) and would probably not do well with small children. She may also not do well in a noisy environment. She sometimes makes cute little noises, something between a purr and a meow. It will likely take Willa at least a week to start feeling comfortable in a new home so whoever adopts her will have to have patience and let her come to you when she is ready. Willa goes into hiding whenever something scares her but she is truly a joy to have in my house. Adoption fee and excellent vet reference required.
